Battle at the Capital

Our Senior Competition Cheering team traveled to Fairfax, Va to compete at the Costal Corporation’s National “Battle at the Capital”.

Out of the Eleven Teams in their Division, our girls placed second.

Individually, out of more than 300 cheerleaders, eleven of our team of twenty-four were invited to cheer at the NFL Pro Bowl game, January 2010 in Miami. They were selected by independent judges and chosen due to their extraordinary tumbling skills.

They also won a full paid bid to Virginia Beach May 1st – 3^rd, 2009 for the U.S Final Destination National Competition.

Please join us in congratulating them on a great finish to their fantastic 2009 season!

Competitive Cheering

Our Senior Comp Cheering team heads to Virginia and the WRHS team heads to Florida today to compete in the Nationals. Let's all wish them good luck and continued success as they wrap up their 2009 season.

2008 Competitive Cheering

BLUE DEVILS COMPETITION CHEERING

Try-Out Information:

Cheer clinic on Wednesdays

July 16th, 23rd, 30th and Aug. 6th At the W-R Civic Center - 6:00 – 8:00 pm

Try-outs on Aug. 13th and 15th - WR Civic Center ***updated (7/10/08)***

Teams:

Senior Team - 8th grade and under

NEW Peewee team - 4th grade and under

Mandatory parent meeting July 16th at 6:00 pm
Permission slips to be signed and information to be given

2007 Competition Cheering Try Outs

Competitive Cheering Try Outs will be held on

Thursday, September 27th from 6:00PM to 8:00PM
and Saturday September 29th from 3:00PM to 7:00PM

at the Wood-Ridge Civic Center.

Open to all Blue Devil Cheerleaders from Third to Eighth Grades.
